Working Papers

orking Papers are drafts of timely, original HSC research that either will be or have been submitted to a peer-reviewed journal. The Working Papers exist only as draft documents, are not widely circulated and are not circulated after the journal article has been published. They are intended to provide select, interested decision makers with timely, relevant information in advance of journal publication. A list of current working papers is provided.
